Advertised Selection
This involves the design, production and placement of relevant advertising
to stimulate appropriately qualified individuals to apply for the
advertised roles. From this, candidates whose backgrounds are appropriate
will be screen interviewed. From these interviews a short list of
qualified and relevant individuals who responded to the advertisement
will be presented to our Client for interview.
